How does it work?
We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from Slumber. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we offer you the option to return the product.
Return Conditions
Goods should preferably be returned in their original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you have 7 days to ship the product.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
1. Submit Your Request
You may only apply for a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
Information to include in your email:
- Reason for return
- Order number
- Name and address (as stated on the order)
Please note: Ensure you return the product in its original condition and original packaging.

2. Packaging
Pack your items. Remember to remove or cover the old shipping label.
Instructions:
Repack the parcel the way you received it.
Make sure the package is secured so that it arrives undamaged at Slumber.
Print the return form and place it inside the return parcel.
Stick the new return label over the old shipping label.
3. Shipment
Take the parcel to a post office. Keep the shipping receipt until we have processed your return. You are responsible for shipping and ensuring the return parcel reaches us safely! We cannot be held liable if your package is not properly tracked and fails to arrive at our facility.

4. Refund
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in proper condition, we will refund the purchase price to you via your original payment method within 5 working days.
Please note: Pack the item carefully in its original packaging where possible. Ensure the parcel is properly packed and sealed. You are legally obliged to handle the product with care to prevent damage. Slumber reserves the right to claim compensation for product damage caused by inadequate packaging. This means additional charges may apply if the product shows signs of use.
